I am an independent researcher dedicated to exploring the compelling intersections of AI and Neuroscience. My primary focus is on understanding how insights from neuroscience can inform and advance the development of AGI.

 

I believe that to build truly intelligent systems, we must first understand the underlying mechanisms of natural intelligence. This conviction drives my research and the content I share on this blog.

 

My work involves investigating how principles of brain function can be applied to create more adaptive, robust, and efficient AI systems. In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, there's a noticeable trend where everyone seems to be diving deeply into GenAI. This fascination is driven by GenAI's transformative potential, enabling the creation of highly sophisticated and human-like content across various domains, from text and images to music and complex simulations. However, I don't believe AGI will have anything to do with it. The path to AGI requires fundamentally different approaches.
